Hi, I’m rachael

Years ago, a physiotherapist recommended I try Pilates to help manage the pain caused by my scoliosis. What began as a form of rehabilitation quickly became a personal passion - a space where I discovered not only strength and balance in my body, but also calm and clarity in my mind.

I was fascinated by how even the smallest, most intentional movements could transform how I felt - more grounded, more confident, more in tune with myself. That connection between mind and body became something I wanted to share with others, leading me to train as a Pilates instructor and eventually build Well by Rachael, a space dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and modern wellness.

For me, Pilates is so much more than a physical workout - it’s a holistic practice that nurtures both body and mind. It’s about taking time for yourself, creating stillness through movement, and carrying that sense of alignment and balance into every area of life.

My goal is to make Pilates accessible, enjoyable, and empowering - whether that’s through studio classes, one-to-one sessions, or wellness experiences designed to help you feel your best from the inside out.
